By accessing or using ADAPT X AI's services, including the ADAPT X AI Dispatcher and related applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

ADAPT X AI provides AI-powered fleet management solutions, including but not limited to automatic photo proof attachment, ETA text notifications, and after-hours call handling. Our Services are designed for fleet operators and logistics companies to improve operational efficiency.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify ADAPT X AI immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Our Services are offered on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected subscription plan. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms. We offer a 30-day free trial for new users, after which your selected subscription plan will automatically begin unless canceled before the trial period ends.

5. Data Usage and Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by ADAPT X AI or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit through our Services. By submitting content, you grant ADAPT X AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our Services. You also agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services or any system connected to our Services.

9. Limitation of Liability

ADAPT X AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our Services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

ADAPT X AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of our Services, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
